Effective today, during peak hours, MBTA Ambassadors will be deployed to key stations during rush hour to serve as additional resources to assist customers.
The latest service information can be found at the MBTA’s winter resource hub: mbta.com/winter. Customers are also urged to check T-Alerts regularly or Twitter at @MBTA and, for Commuter Rail, @MBTA_CR.
