The city of Salem seeks qualified applicants for a full-time Service Desk Analyst. Position under Deputy CIO and provide first-line technology support to all staff by help desk, phone and automated work order system. Ideal candidate has ability to assess complex problems and coordinate appropriate resources and responses, and excellent customer service skills with an understanding of PC architecture, operating systems, networking, and other technologies. Knowledge of common business software applications, ability to learn software programs common to governmental, business and educational settings preferred. Salary up to $63,000 DOQ.
