Part-Time Interim Planning Director

The city of Leominster, MA is seeking qualified candidates for the position of part-time Interim Planning Director. The main tasks the interim would be responsible for assisting with are as follows:

• Comprehensive Planning Board application reviews
• Writing the higher level notice of decisions
• Conducting technical review meetings for all new applications and any potential proposals for developments in the city
• Conducting site visits/inspections
• Work on zoning ordinance/subdivision regulation changes (if applicable)
• Work with the Assistant Director on additional daily/monthly tasks to ensure that there are no service interruptions
• AICP Certification preferred.

Pay Rate: $50/Hour
