Program Analyst- Public Works/Engineering

As the Program Analyst for the Engineering division, you will coordinate, oversee, and monitor the administrative functions of the department, including customer service, budgeting, accounts payable, financial reporting, contract management, and grant tracking. Good communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency with MS Office are essential for this position.
