Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
Under the supervision of the Comprehensive Planning Manager and Assistant Comprehensive Planning Manager, the Principal Planner is a seasoned project manager who contributes to the diverse work program of the Comprehensive
Planning Department. The Principal Planner applies their policy and technical expertise, knowledge of permitting, zoning, and planning best practices, familiarity with community and economic development, design, and leadership skills to several projects in their portfolio.
