The Office Assistant performs administrative and customer service work to support the activities of the Select Board and the administration of the Town Manager’s office and the functions of the Assistant Town Manager/HR Office. Associate’s degree; three years of progressively responsible experience in office procedures; experience working in municipal government preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The position is up to 19 hours per week with a starting hourly rate of $26.66 to $32.00 DOQ. FY25 pay grade max is $37.34 per hour.
