The Marshfield Police department is looking for a qualified mental health clinician to serve as an in-house clinician working with the officers of the department in a co-response method. This clinician will work collaboratively with the Marshfield Police department in assisting officers with calls for individuals exhibiting signs of mental distress and/or any substance use disorders. This clinician will provide on-site assessments to facilitate diversion as well as connect people experiencing behavioral health crises and substance use to resources and services. This job also includes providing crisis intervention services, modeling practices that promote the community-based mission, and training.
