Local Building Inspector

Full-Time (38 Hours Per Week)

Pay: $1,186.89 – $1,595.08 Weekly

Schedule Includes Half-Day Fridays

Inspection and administrative work, enforcing and interpreting the Massachusetts Building Code, town zoning by law, and applicable codes relating to building construction and design; perform other related work, as required.

Must have Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License; Mass. BBRS certified Local Inspector; valid Mass. motor vehicle operator’s license.

Salary/Benefits as per the USW Local 9517 Collective Bargaining Agreement
