The town of Andover is seeking a Site Director for the Kid Care afterschool program within the Recreation Department. Site Directors maintain a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals, promotes the potential of all, and provides a quality experience to the community. The Site Director is responsible for operating a licensed school-age childcare program as a supervisor of an onsite team at an assigned location. Bring your creativity with monthly curriculum planning and newsletters. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 3-6p.m.
