The town of Bedford is looking for an energetic and team-oriented individual to join the Town Manager’s Office as our next Human Resources Director. This full-time position reports to the Town Manager and supervises the Human Resources Benefits Coordinator. Candidates should have education/experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and five to seven years of experience. 

The full FY26 salary range is $102,229 – $132,909. Starting salary will be based on qualifications. This is a full-time position with a standard schedule of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays, though work outside of those hours will be required at times.
