Homeless Services Continuum of Care (CoC) Planner

The city of Cambridge seeks a CoC Planner to coordinate efforts addressing homelessness, ensuring local and national goals are met through community collaboration. Responsibilities include leading the annual point-in-time count, managing program funding competitions, and interpreting HUD regulations. This role entails extensive communication, reporting, and strategic planning to support housing options and services for at-risk individuals and families. The Planner works with funders, agencies, and city staff to secure resources, assess needs, and foster cross-departmental collaborations in response to housing instability.
