Brookfield is seeking an experienced full-time Highway Superintendent.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL B (A preferred) with standard transmission endorsement
• Valid Lift/Hoisting License with 2A & 4E & 4G endorsements
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license & satisfactory driving record
• Valid Massachusetts Medical Certificate

Preferred:

• Five to seven years’ progressively responsible experience in municipal highway systems administration & management; or any equivalent combination of education, training & experience which provides required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Welding, mechanic, and fabricating knowledge/experience
