Executive Assistant to Select Board and Town Administrator
Town of Lancaster, MA
Under the direction of the Town Administrator, the Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting the Town Administrator and Select Board with coordinating and managing the activities of the office. The Executive Assistant performs skilled administrative assignments and should possess a high level of organizational skills. This position provides highly confidential support to the Town Administrator and Select Board Office in accordance with the town bylaws, regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as with evolving best practices.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in public administration, government, or political science with three to five years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in municipal government. The projected starting salary is $73,414.
