The Administrative Assistant works under the supervision of the Public Works Director. This position manages day-to-day administrative duties and key functions for the department as the lead clerical staff member. Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll for department employees; providing information to residents, contractors, vendors, and other city departments; oversees accounts payable; and manages incoming requests from residents over phone and SeeClickFix.

Qualified candidates will have three to five years of administrative/clerical experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication skills.
