Director of Public Works

The town of Hatfield is hiring a Director of Public Works, responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all administrative and operational functions of the DPW. Appointed by and reporting to a three-member Select Board, the DPW Director manages three division superintendents and oversees all department work, including operation and maintenance of town’s water treatment and distribution system, sewer collection and treatment system, highways, vehicle maintenance, transfer station, town-owned grounds, trees, properties and buildings.
