Director of Public Works

The Town of West Springfield is seeking a Director of Public Works to oversee the operations, planning and management of all public works programs and services within the municipality including the public infrastructure, public ways, wastewater collection, water supply and distribution system, along with stormwater and flood control systems. Qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, public or business administration; more than 10 years of progressively responsible experience in public works with a minimum of five years in a supervisory position or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
