Director of Innovation and Technology

The town of Acton seeks a visionary Director of Innovation and Technology to lead strategic initiatives and oversee IT operations for an organization with approximately 500 system users. This role requires a strategic thinker and experienced leader to manage technology infrastructure, systems and programs and collaborate with stakeholders to improve internal and external service delivery and communications. This position reports to the Town Manager and oversees an operating budget of approximately $2 million and is responsible for supervising staff and contractors.

Pay Rate: $130k-160k+, depending on qualifications and experience
