Preferred candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, engineering, or a related field and 10 or more years of progressively responsible related experience. Candidates should be proactive and strategic thinkers, who are able to prioritize and to build collaborative relationships with government officials, business owners, residents, and employees.
