Customer Credit and Collections Representative

The Town of Danvers welcomes applications for the full-time, benefited position of Customer Credit and Collections Representative with the DPW Business Division.

The Credit and Collections Representative works in accordance with established methods and procedures regarding the utility customer accounts to maintain low levels of accounts receivable while delivering high quality customer service.

This position works thirty five (35) hours per week. Union -AFSCME Unit D position (5) pay scale starting at $31.69/hr, with the ability to move through scale (via step system) to the max step of $40.13/hr. Hiring range DOQ. Excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance with employer contribution to premium.
