Community Preservation Committee Fund Administrator

The town of Falmouth seeks a Community Preservation Committee (CPC) Fund Administrator to provide staff support to our 9-member CPC, which appropriates funding for and oversees projects to protect open space, historic resources, and affordable housing in our community. Under the general direction of the Town Planner, the CPC Fund Administrator facilitates all aspects of CPC projects.

This is a part-time, non-benefited position that works 19 hours per week with schedule flexibility.

Expected Starting Range: Step 1 ($32.17/hour) – Step 3 ($34.80/hour), commensurate with qualifications and experience, with room to advance along the seven-step pay scale.
