– Maintain invoices and financial records for CIT and Backfill grants in order to assist CIT Clinical Coordinator and BPD Executive Administrator with quarterly reports and bill payments
– Ensure all guest speakers receive appropriate honorariums and track invoices for speakers
– Website updates/maintenance on Squarespace platform
– Outreach and keep track of attendance for upcoming trainings
– Create and maintain list of attendees to past and current CIT Trainings for marketing of upcoming trainings
– Confirm speakers for CIT in the week prior to event
– Ensure Powerpoint/Videos/Tech ready for each speaker
