Who is a member?
Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
Under the direction of the Director of Public Works and Deputy Director, provides effective direction, control, and management over key civil engineering functions, including infrastructure and utilities engineering, transportation engineering, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering, water resources, and construction management. Prepares civil engineering designs, specifications and cost estimates for public work projects; administer related contracts and inspect related construction projects; and delegates tasks of the Engineering Division to junior engineers.
Active professional engineer license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
