Business Manager/Customer Service Manager

The Norwood Light Department is seeking a highly skilled individual to support customer service and utility billing for electric, broadband, and water/sewer services. Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, the role includes but is not limited to: managing billing operations, overseeing delinquent accounts, processing payments, and assisting with special projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Experience in accounting, utility billing, and payroll.
• Strong organizational, communication, and software skills
