Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
MMPA members with five or fewer years of service are invited to the sixth annual HR101 “human resources boot camp.”
The full-day training covers core functions of the municipal human resources office, including hiring, termination, and interview skills, performance evaluation and improvement plan best practices, and crash courses on policies such as code of conduct, workplace violence, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
