Who is a member?
Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
This day-and-a-half event will feature multiple workshops and networking opportunities for municipal human resource professionals across the Commonwealth. The event will feature human resources and management workshops, professional development programming, and networking events. Workshop topics include managing the demands of the HR role, communication and contract negotiation strategies, discipline with public employees, the future of municipal health insurance, and more. The Board of Directors has begun publicizing the conference so members are able to adjust their FY18 budgets accordingly.
