Full-day training with risk management specialist Gordon Graham, the CEO of Graham Research Consultants (www.gordongraham.com), will focus on maximizing the effectiveness of performance evaluations. Graham will discuss how to prevent common problems caused by not taking the employee evaluation process seriously, as well as analyzing the job description, setting goals, and preparing the document. A California-based attorney and former police officer, Graham is known for his dynamic presentation style. He has been presenting programs to MMA and MIIA members for more than a decade.
