The Massachusetts Clean Water Trust is holding a 30-day public comment period on the affordability calculation used to define “disadvantaged communities” when determining the additional subsidy for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
Comments will be accepted until noon on April 12. After the comment period, a final draft of the proposal for the Disadvantaged Communities Program will be accepted by the trust’s Board of Trustees and posted to the trust’s website.
Comments received during the comment period will be posted on the trust’s website accompanied by a response.
