The Edward J. Collins Jr. Center for Public Management at the University of Massachusetts Boston provides a comprehensive range of professional services to public sector clients, including executive recruitment, organizational and management studies, charter development, compensation and classification plans, and the design and implementation of performance management programs. The Center’s goal is to support enhancements to the productivity and effectiveness of government. The Center carries out its work using a combination of University professional staff and seasoned associates. Services may be obtained through intergovernmental agreement.
