The Massachusetts Selectmen’s Association will host a training session for newly elected board members.
 
The event will include workshops on municipal budgeting, the open meeting and public record laws, and navigating the role of a selectman.
 
While the training is aimed at newly elected selectmen, veterans who are interested in a refresher are also welcome.
