The Elder Affairs Director plans, administers, and oversees a thriving municipal senior center, serving as the community focal point for senior programs and services. Director ensures the development and delivery of high-quality programs that meet the evolving needs of Bridgewater’s seniors. The Director is responsible for fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for seniors by providing opportunities for social interaction, lifelong learning, health and wellness activities, and essential support services. Additionally, the position involves advocacy for the senior community, developing partnerships with local organizations, and ensuring that Bridgewater remains an age-friendly community.
