The town of Bedford seeks a full-time (35 hours/week) Executive Assistant for Town Manager’s office. Duties include: customer service, reception, preparing notices, correspondence & meeting packet materials, licensing, scheduling, website & social media posting, publishing documents, departmental payroll & invoice processing, records management, attending & recording minutes for two or more evening meetings/month.
Excellent attention to detail, discretion, organizational, communication and Microsoft Office skills required. Experience with website management, social media or document publishing a plus.
