Director of Planning and Community Development

This is a department head position responsible for the operation of the Planning and Community Development department and related activities including but not limited to land use, conservation, economic development, community preservation, floodplain management, housing and transportation related issues.

Qualifications: master’s degree plus seven years of experience, or bachelor’s degree plus ten years of experience, in the field of community planning, public administration, or other directly related field. Experience in planning or public administration may be substituted for the above. American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) preferred.

Salary Range: $118,106.67 – $140,964.27
