The town of Needham seeks an energetic and motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Director of Assessing. This position is responsible for overseeing real and personal property appraisals, valuations, inspections, subdivisions, land values, records, statistics, and reports in accordance with state statutes and town By-Laws. The Director serves as the Town Manager’s liaison to the Board of Assessors and provides administrative and technical support to the board.
Salary Range: $92,235 – 129,130
