Fire Apparatus Repairman

The Worcester Fire Department is seeking applicants for a Fire Apparatus Repairman. Duties include inspection, maintenance and repair of fleet and equipment including the use of diagnostic equipment to problem source for adjustments. Perform emergency road service and respond to emergency incidents. Prior professional experience as a mechanic is preferred, including experience in the maintenance of diesel engines, heavy trucks, and fire apparatus. Must be available in an on-call basis and part of a rotating schedule.

Salary Range: $36.76 – $44.85 hourly, full-time, with an excellent benefit package.
