Board of Health Director

This position works with the Board of Health to provide for the protection of public health, the control of disease, the promotion of sanitary living conditions, the protection of the groundwater and other environmental factors from pollution, and managing departmental staff. Bachelor of science degree in public health, environmental science, or related field required and more than three years of experience. Knowledge of applicable state and local laws/regulations relative to public health and state sanitary codes. This is a full-time confidential position, 35 hours per week, night meetings are required.
