The Assistant Director, Facility Operations assists in long term master planning, budgeting oversight, contract oversight, providing a second level of managerial support to the Division, overseeing the Shift Supervisors, and collaborating with the School department.

The ideal candidate has strong project management and organization skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize both town and schools tasks, and a general knowledge of building maintenance and construction processes and procedures.

Salary Range: $79,938 – 105,185 annually
