Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The initial step in an annual Community Development Block Grant round is the issuance of proposed changes to the One-Year Plan.
The proposed changes memo has been posted on the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities CDBG website at Community Development Block Grant.
