The town of Hamilton seeks a Planning and CPA Coordinator to join our Planning and Conservation Team. This 24-hour per week, non-exempt position (24 hours/week, $27.83/hour, Grade 8) plays a crucial role in supporting the Director of Planning and collaborating with the Conservation Agent. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating meetings, supporting the Affordable Housing Trust, Historic District Commission, and Community Preservation Committee, and overseeing CPA funding processes. Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in public or business administration or a related field and three to five years of experience in project management and grant administration.
