Recreation Program Manager, Special Needs

Come join our dynamic team! The city of Newton is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Recreation Program Manager, Special Needs. The purpose of this position within the Department of Parks, Culture, and Development is to be responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, and evaluating four season recreational and leisure programs for people with disabilities. Performs budget planning and administration, publicity, and other aspects of program management. This position requires working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, when programs are in session. Performs all other related work as required and directed. This is full-time, exempt, hiring salary range: $68,508-$72,679 annually plus yearly step increases, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of our team of dedicated public servants.
