The city of Salem seeks a Waste Reduction Coordinator for the Engineering Department. This full-time position manages daily trash and recycling programs, implements education and enforcement initiatives, and coordinates outreach campaigns. Responsibilities include supervising volunteers, managing SeeClickFix, inspecting recycling bins, and promoting composting and other waste diversion initiatives. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Salary: $50,000-$60,000, DOQ.
