A. Introduction to Management Rights
In this workshop, attendees will receive an overview of management rights with practical examples from case law, and learn to identify the dos and don’ts of protecting those rights at the bargaining table.

B. Employee Handbook Roundtable
This interactive workshop will review the legal landscape of making updates or changes to your employee handbook, including an analysis of regulatory requirements and “must haves.” Attendees will also discuss the employee handbook update process in small and large groups.

C. Fair Labor Standards Act Overview
