A free, interactive MMA webinar on the state’s public records and open meeting laws on July 18 will offer an extended opportunity for discussion.
Attorneys Lauren Goldberg and Janelle Austin of KP Law will participate in the hour-long open forum and answer inquiries from attendees about the current state of each law and practical considerations for municipalities. There will not be a formal presentation.
This session is a follow-up to an MMA webinar in April that reviewed the fundamentals of public records and open meeting laws.
