MMA Annual Meeting attendees take part in a Learning Lab session during the 2020 conference. The Trade Show will feature 10 Learning Labs on Jan. 21.

Trade Show exhibitors are looking forward to meeting local officials during the in-person MMA Annual Meeting & Trade Show at the Hynes Convention Center in January.

The Trade Show will be open on Friday, Jan. 20, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday, Jan. 21, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

One Trade Show highlight is the series of educational Learning Labs to be held in the exhibit hall on Saturday, Jan. 21. These 30-minute sessions provide opportunities to hear from experts on a variety of topics.

The exhibit hall will also feature the new MIIA Simulator, with new training modules — an entertaining and educational opportunity to test your driving skills.

COVID precautions: The MMA will not be checking vaccination status, but Annual Meeting attendees are urged to take an at-home COVID test prior to attending, and not attend if they have any COVID symptoms or if a household member has tested positive. Attendees are welcome to wear a mask if they choose. See the Annual Meeting website for more details.
