Over the past two years, municipalities have had to shift public meetings to a virtual environment and pivot quickly to get vital information out to their communities. Attendees learned about programs and platforms being used to disseminate important information, new strategies developed to provide opportunities for online engagement and participation, and steps to bring communities back together for safe in-person connection.
