Municipal Law Conference to be held on March 16

Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education’s 20th Annual Municipal Law Conference, co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association and the MMA, will be held remotely on March 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Municipal officials are welcome at the annual program, which provides updates on recent developments from the Legislature, government regulators, and the courts on many areas of public sector law.

This year’s program will address developments regarding the public records and open meeting laws, land use and zoning, environmental laws, public employment law, cybersecurity and data breaches, and the 2nd Amendment, home rule and gun regulation. It will also feature a presentation on administrative law.

Tuition is $275, and registration is through the MCLE website. The OnDemand webcast can be viewed later, and the audio recording will be available on CD or as an mp3 download at www.mcle.org.
