The town of Bellingham is seeking full-time applicants for the position of Payroll Coordinator within the Treasurer/Collector’s Office. Under the general direction of the Treasurer/Collector and Assistant Treasurer/Collector, the Payroll Coordinator position is a full-time (40 hours/week) hourly position which is responsible for the administrative and technical work. This position will direct the full cycle of preparing and administration of the town’s in-house payroll function using the town’s financial management software and all other related third-party applications. Duties include but are not limited to weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees, and other duties of the Treasurer/Collector office as needed, and all similar and related work, as required.
Full-time 40-hour position offering full benefits.
