Director of Planning and Zoning

The city of Somerville is in search of a Director of Planning and Zoning. The director oversees the core long-range planning, ordinance development, and permit administration functions of the Division; supervises Division staffing of the Historic Preservation Commission, Planning Board, Urban Design Commission, and Zoning Board of Appeals; and leads historic preservation efforts for the city of Somerville. Performs other related duties that may be assigned.

Hours: Full-time, City Hall hours

Salary: $121,448.89
