Building and Grounds Technician

City of Malden seeks a Building & Grounds Technician for building upkeep and maintenance at various city buildings. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, possess a strong attention to detail & strong general handyman skills. Position performs routine manual labor associated with cleaning & general maintenance of buildings & grounds such as washing floors, stocking kitchen and restrooms, cleaning windows and furniture, trash removal, snow removal, and operating lawn mowers, weed whackers, & the like.

Valid driver’s license is required.

Shift will be Monday through Friday from 2–10 p.m.
