The MMA’s Trade Show will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston on Thursday, January 23, through Friday, January 24, 2025. The Trade Show will not be open on Saturday, January 25.
Trade Show Open Hours are:
Thursday, Jan. 23: 2-5:30 p.m.
With sponsored reception in the exhibit hall, 4-5:30 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 24: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Click here to download the MMA 2025 Contract for Exhibit Space (PDF fillable). Complete the contract, sign the first page, initial the second page, and email both pages to Trade Show Manager Karen LaPointe at sales.kml@mma.org.
To choose your booth preference, click here to view the MMA Exhibit Hall Floor Plan. Once confirmed as an exhibitor, your company will be added to the Exhibitor List on the MMA Trade Show web page and added to the Exhibit Hall floor plan.

All booth are 10’ x 10’ and include:
8’ Blue & White Back Drape, 3’ Side Drape, (1) 6’ Draped Table; 2 Chairs; 1 Wastebasket; Blue Carpet**, 3 staff badges, and an ID Sign with company name and booth number.

For Corporate Exhibits, additional staff badges may be purchased at $50 per badge.
For Government and Nonprofit Exhibits, there is no fee for additional staff badges.
Booth Rate:
1 Booth: $3,228.25
2-3 Booths: $2,830 per booth
4-5 Booths: $2,599 per booth
6-plus Booths : $2,420 per booth
Exhibit Set-Up: Thursday, January 23, 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
Trade Show Opens: Thursday, January 23, 2-5:30 p.m. with a Sponsored Reception, 4-5:30 p.m.; Friday, January 24, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Trade Show Move-Out: Friday, January 24 from 4-8 p.m.
Booth Floor Covering
New in 2025: The MMA will lay wall-to-wall blue carpet under every booth space. This will save exhibitors time for set-up and save exhibitors the extra cost of ordering carpet.
Learning Labs
All exhibitors are eligible to apply to conduct a Learning Lab session. Learning Labs are located in the exhibit hall and are held on Friday, January 24. There will be six sessions, three sessions per lab in three time slots. Session times will be determined in the fall.
Hotel information
The MMA has a discounted room block at the Omni Hotel Seaport. More information about the hotel will be available in the coming months.

In the past, some of these emails have even included the MMA logo, taken without permission from our website. Please note: The MMA is the ONLY source of a list of MMA Annual Meeting attendees, and the MMA will provide that list to exhibitors after the meeting. Do not respond to any email offering an MMA attendee list from any MMA event.
