Payments and Invoicing
The MMA does not require advance payment in order to attend Connect 351. You will have the option to pay with an organization-issued or personal credit card during online registration. You can also select to be invoiced following the conference.
If you opt to pay by check in advance of the conference, please include a copy of your confirmation email along with your check so we can apply your payment correctly. Checks for Connect 351 should be made payable to:

You may also pay any balances due by credit card or check at the cashier’s desk during the conference.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellation and substitution requests must be sent to connect351@mma.org.
We will cancel and fully refund registration fees and meal tickets for any cancellation requests received by midnight on Friday, January 3, 2025.
Cancellations related to an illness will be accepted at any time.
You may swap a conference registration and/or meal ticket to another member of your community or organization for no additional cost. Please email connect351@mma.org to complete a substitution.
